Add a new tracker from your pet's health section
Start from a template (blood sugar, temperature, mood, symptoms, pain, appetite, energy) or build your own from scratch
Log entries like any other calendar event, on a schedule or as things happen
Each vital gets its own history and chart, so trends show up the same way weight does.
For a condition your vet is monitoring, ask them what to track and how often. Then build exactly that vital and bring the chart to your next visit.
